Greetings,
After much deliberation I have chosen Sasi Ian Mair, though Gaia Bidhai and Toni Bergins were very close runners up. His picture alone was enough to inspire. I am interested in all three of his workshops, having been exposed to smoke ceremonies performed by the indigenous peoples of Trinidad and Tobago and a mantra enthusiast. I am excited for an opportunity to learn Sanskrit to connect more deeply with my words and chakras. And finally I am especially looking forward to the keynote speech, as a dawta of Rastafari.

Blessed love.
I’m most excited about practicing with and meeting Nadine McNeil. she is a humanitarian (like myself!) and also creatively combines writing and yoga – two of my most intimate passions.

CONGRATULATIONS to Molly Kay and Scott Roberts! They have each won one free ticket to the Caribbean Yoga Conference! WOo hoo!! Enjoy, yogis!
Ahh– I would love to go, however at 31 weeks pregnant, a yoga conference is not possible this year! This has been the most challenging year for my yoga practice-Learning to practice ahimsa and really listen to my body as it changes throughout pregnancy and the asanas, breathwork and types of classes I used to be able to do and cannot/should not do during pregnancy has been a huge challenge! I hope the persons selected to go to the conference have a fantastic time and I hope to have the opportunity to enter next year!!!
